NHS Newcastle and North Tyneside Community Health

NHS Newcastle and North Tyneside Community Health is an organisation that really sees the value in training Facilitators to support their projects. Over a 12 month period they're looking to train a resource of 36 Facilitators to help deliver improvements across the organisation. In line with this, they're also training senior managers and Project Leaders via the Strategic Improvement Programme and Improve Your Projects to ensure that people are working to a common framework. With over 1500 staff employed by the organisation, serving a population of 380 000, it's not going to be easy but they're up for the challenge.
