Kookaburra is Organisational Improvement software, designed to support organisations implementing UIMPROVE.

Kookaburra is a real-time monitoring system that allows you to maintain and record everything you need to know
about how your organisation is improving. You can store and access:
 
• Strategies - the current strategies for your organisation linked to other relevant activities such as projects and policies
• Project Steering Grids
• Project Remits
• Policies and Procedures
• Photo library - easy storage of photographs of flipcharts from meetings, Project Events and so on
• Training records
• Facilitator records, e.g. allocation of Facilitators to assignments
• Other records as required - these can be customised to meet your needs
