Ellena Watson

Ellena joined the UIC in July 2010 and comes to us with a range of experience from both the private and public sectors.

Most recently working in the area of health workforce policy and planning, Ellena also has extensive experience in quality management and compliance in the aviation industry and spent 18 months working in the UK rail industry.

In her first year as a Consultant, Ellena has gained a wide range of experience facilitating events and delivering training for a variety of organisations, both in the UK and Australia.

Originally from Sydney, Ellena now calls Melbourne home and has embraced the uniquely Melbourne culture, even following the AFL (if only to keep the peace at home!). She is very excited about completing her Psychology degree this year and looks forward to having more time to spend with her horse.
