Vicky Meadows

Vicky joined the UIC in December 2002 bringing with her considerable experience of working in the both the public and private sectors.

Vicky began her career in Student Guidance at Sheffield Hallam University, providing advice and support to students and undertaking mediation work.

After taking a post-graduate diploma in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) she decided to pack her bags and saying adiós! to England and hola! to Barcelona, where she worked as an English teacher for two years. In this time she provided language support to a number of businesses, and also went ‘back to school’ herself to become fluent in Spanish. She developed a sound knowledge and understanding of organisational issues through her work with businesses in the private sector.

As well as her day-to-day consultancy, training and facilitation work, Vicky is the Head of UIMPROVE, the UIC's sister company.
