5 May 2026 - Stockholm Tunnelbana

The Mission: To ride the whole network in 1 day, i.e. every branch of the green, red and blue lines.

The green line is the oldest of the three, originally created in the 1950s from the conversion of suburban tram lines. This explains the route numbers used, unusual in a metro setting.
I first went to Stockholm in 1984 and bought this postcard. 42 years on I didn't see any postcards of the current tunnelbana for sale but the network is remarkably unchanged since then.
Public transport card bought and charged up with a 24 hour ticket.
This is a chronological record of the day without commentary apart from to say I did make a few diversions on to tram and bus.
