Asha Martin

Asha joined the team in 2023. She was introduced to UIMPROVE through a friend and participation in Universal Improvement Skills confirmed to her that the approach fitted with her personal beliefs and explained many experiences in the workplace (both good and bad).

Asha brings a unique perspective coming from a colourfully diverse background in arts, education and tourism. She has always had a passion for improvement and connecting people to their untapped potential, making the UIC a perfect match to achieve this at an organisational level.

Asha's journey has taken her across both real mountains (Mt Kilimanjaro, Mt Kinabalu, Everest Base Camp) as well as metaphorical ones. Although she never received her acceptance letter for Hogwarts, Asha's magic weaves through all that she does. You will find a big heart and an eternally optimistic attitude at her core (that and a love of Star Wars). When she's not striving to make a positive impact in the lives of those around her, you'll find her with a cup of tea, searching for four-leaf clovers or dreaming about her next big adventure.
