Carly Flemming

Carly first worked with the UIC in 2023 after being introduced to UIMPROVE working in local government by a former boss. When the chance became available to work with the UIC team and apply UIMPROVE in organisations committed to great work, she couldn't resist.

Prior to this she worked in a range of sectors and roles that were contributing to healthier people and places. This included public health nutrition, public infrastructure, community engagement and environmental sustainability. She has been lucky enough to live through the good, the bad and the non-existence of organisations pursuing improvement.

Carly lives on Gumbaynggirr Country on the NSW Mid North Coast. Between Associate gigs with the UIC she is completing her Master of Naturopathic Medicine.
