Jasmine Rose
Jasmine's journey with UIC began back in 2011 during her time with the TransLink Transit Authority. It
was exploring concepts such as the 85-15 Rule - showing how processes and systems contribute more to
success than individual effort - that caused a career-defining moment. Coming from a background in Human
Resources, this perspective on organisational effectiveness was both profound and refreshing.
Jasmine started her career as a Graduate Economist with the Department of Main Roads, but it didn't take
long for her to realise she was far more energised by working with people and business performance than
by drafting business cases. Luckily, she was able to complete her graduate year in People and Culture,
going on to work in various roles across the Queensland Government, private sector, and her own
consultancy.
Outside of work, Jasmine loves spending time with her family enjoying all the perks of living on the
Gold Coast. When little people are not around, you'll likely find her having a quiet cuppa, having a
stroll along the beach or indulging in a degustation experience.
