Lisa Hosking
Lisa joined the UIC as one of the 'founding consultants' when we set up our permanent operations in Australia in 2008, having worked for many years in the transport and logistics sector. For the majority of these years she was Managing Director of the UIC in Australia, heading up both the consultancy and systems sides of the organisation. Following a break from consulting and some time spent working in Higher Education, Lisa re-joined us in January 2020 and, from January 2024 took up the role of General Manager leading the consultancy business.
She has worked with a wide range of both domestic and UK clients and has particularly liked seeing several individuals she has worked with over the years transition from relatively junior managers to being the 'big boss'. She is proud of the part UIMPROVE has played in making them the great leaders they are today.
Lisa lives in Melbourne with her partner and their daughter Zoe. Outside of work, Lisa tries to enjoy all the things living in apparently one of the world's most liveable cities offers - seeing live music, visiting art galleries, eating great food and consuming vast amounts of flat whites.
